DEPOSIT & INSTALLMENTS INFO
You can secure your spot by paying in full via the website's built in check-out system. However, if you wish to pay in installments, you'll have the following options:
Paypal: You can choose PayPal as a third-party payment provider, which will allow you to use Paypal credit and their automated payment plan or their 'Pay Later' feature (subject to eligibility).
Manual Payments: You can use our direct payment link provided at check-out and make manual payments towards your order. You're welcome to make as many payments as you want as long as the payment deadlines are met. Missed deadlines can result into your order being released for sale to the public.

Your Costume Deposit for manual payments
Your deposit is 30% of your order total (e.g. if costume + add-ons are $1,200 in total, you're expected to pay $360 at order submission)
Installment deadlines after deposit is paid:
2nd payment (60% of total order) by 28th February 2025
3rd and final payment (remaining 40% of the total order) by 31st March 2025

For example:
Costume + add-ons = $1,200 USD in total
1st payment $360 USD (30%) due at order submission and registration
2nd payment $360 USD (30%) due by 28th February 2025
3rd and final payment $480 USD (40%) due by 31st March

Registration closes on 20th February 2025.
All costumes must be paid in full by 31st March 2025.

Measurement/Sizing:
ALL masqueraders must provide the following information for registration:
LADIES
Bra size (A, B, C, D etc)
Panty size (XS, S, M , L etc.)
Monokini size (XS, S, M, L etc)
Underwear style (Thong, Bikini, Full Coverage)
MEN
Pants: 32”, 34”,36” etc
Tank: S, M , L , XL etc.

POINTS TO NOTE
• Our costumes are produced via a US conversion chart. Please ensure sizing submitted follows the US sizing chart provided on the "Costumes" (products) page.

• Exchange/Transfers/ switching of section, style, sizing or measurements WILL NOT be facilitated after registration form submission.

Luv Lux Mas reserves the right, at our discretion, to deny registration, request identification from registered masqueraders, and/or contact registered masqueraders for verification purposes, or resale attempts. Please be advised that due to the fact that costumes are tailored to your exact specifications, refunds on deposits and payments are not possible.

You attest that you are in good physical condition, have received the necessary instruction or preparation to engage in activities related to LuvLux Mas and have not received any advice from a licensed medical expert not to do so. You attest that you do not have any health-related issues that may prevent you from participating in the events related to Luvlux Mas . You hereby acknowledge this agreement as an Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Statement, which will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers. You will therefore govern your actions and responsibilities at events and said activities, including taking responsibility for arranging and maintaining your own health and travel insurance to cover any medical, personal, or travel-related incidents during activities and events.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuvLux Mas, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.
Severability
Changes to Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Assignment
LuvLux Mas may assign, transfer, or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice. You may not assign or transfer your rights without written consent from LuvLux Mas.
